Pointing your domain to your hosting

Updated - ago 3 views

For your domain to show the website hosted with us, you need to point its DNS to our server.

In your domain's DNS zone (at your registrar or in Cloudflare), create or change these records:

Type Name Value
A @ (your domain) 5.39.2.10
A www 5.39.2.10
A mail 5.39.2.10
A webmail 5.39.2.10
MX @ mail.yourdomain.com (priority 10)

Also add the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records shown in your panel, under DNS → your domain. Without them your emails may end up in spam.

Cloudflare: the mail and webmail records must be grey (DNS only), never orange, or email will not work.

Not sure where to change your domain's DNS? Open a ticket telling us where it is registered and we will guide you.

How long it takes

DNS changes take from a few minutes to 24-48 hours to propagate. In the meantime you can start uploading your website.

SSL certificate

Once the domain points to the server, enable the free SSL: in the panel, edit your web domain and tick Enable SSL and Let's Encrypt. It renews automatically.
