When your hosting is activated, we send you a welcome email with your control panel login details. You can also find them in the client area, under Services, in your hosting plan.
- Panel address: https://panel.cableazul.com
- Username: the one shown in your service (it is not your client area email).
- Password: the one we sent you. Change it the first time you log in.
Your client area account (invoices, orders, support) and your hosting panel account (websites, email, databases) are separate and have different passwords.
If you can't log in
- Make sure you are using the hosting username, not your email.
- You can change the panel password from the client area, in your hosting service details.
- The panel shows an anti-bot check. If it does not appear, disable extensions that block scripts and reload the page.
- After several failed attempts your IP is temporarily blocked for security. Wait a few minutes or open a ticket.
