No minimum term
You can cancel your hosting whenever you want. When you do, the service stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Before cancelling, download a backup of your websites and email from the panel: when the service ends, the data is deleted.
If a renewal is not paid
- You receive the invoice by email before the due date.
- If it is not paid, we send you reminders.
- After a few days the service is suspended: the website stops showing and email stops working, but your data is kept.
- When the invoice is paid, the service is reactivated automatically.
- If the suspension goes on for too long, the service is cancelled and the data is deleted.
